The following wines are those which were awarded 'Gold' (ie 95-100 points) by the International Wine Challenge (IWC) in 2004. Held annually in London, the IWC tastes over 4000 wines submitted by growers and distributors awarding a point for each wine and then prizes for the best amongst them. The wines listed here are from Alsace, Languedoc-Roussillon, Loire, Rhone and South West France.
