A basic listing on Wine-Searcher is free and leads to significant contacts from keen wine buyers. Wine-Searcher is one of the most well used wine related websites.

How to list your business with Wine-Searcher (or to change an existing listing):

1. Fill out the form below.

2. You will receive an email confirming your application. Wine-Searcher lists businesses who sell wine to private individuals.

3. If your wines are already listed on a website, depending on its design, we will access your price list directly. If we are unable to do this, we will ask you to email a price list to us.

4. Wine-Searcher shows prices without local sales taxes (i.e. Ex-VAT, HT, Ex-GST, etc.). For merchants outside the USA, please indicate if your prices include sales tax that our software should remove.

5. If you have any further questions or need help, contact us. Don't worry, you can change your details by re-submitting the form.

6. To ensure your wines are showing to their best advantage, read our advice page and/or the sponsorship page.

7. Wine-Searcher reserves the right to remove a wine list from the site if it is out of date, if customer complaints are received about the service (though we do talk to you first), or for any other reason. We also reserve the right to edit the details that you send through to us before displaying these on Wine-Searcher. Please be aware that price lists in our database are used in summarized form to produce both valuations and various other reports about the wine market.
