Receiving emails from Wine-Searcher
We respond to every email we receive. We also monitor emails generated directly from the site to make sure they are working correctly. If you do not appear to be receiving emails from us please check that your anti-spam software is not deleting them. You may find it helpful to put our email address (which is feedback@wine-searcher.com) into your "friends" list. There are some specific steps that you can take if you have an AOL or Hotmail account. These can be found below.

For AOL Accounts
- Include Wine-Searcher in your "People I Know list". Do this by opening a Wine-Searcher email and clicking on the "Add Address" button
For Hotmail Accounts
- Select Options from the navigation bar at the top right hand side of the screen.
- Select Mail, then Junk Email Protection and then Safe List.
- Enter wine-searcher.com in the "Type an address or domain" field.
- Click Add
