Furmint is a white grape variety grown widely in the Tokaji region of Hungary where it is the principal ingredient in Tokaji. It is also used in eastern Austria, where it is known as Mosler, and Croatia, where it goes by the name Sipon. Grasa and Moslovac have also been aliases for Furmint at times, in Romania and Moldavia.
