Mount Veeder AVA is located in the south-western hills of the Napa Valley AVA. This tiny elevated sun drenched region has won worldwide acclaim for its Cabernet Sauvignon which display concentrated flavors combined with rustic charm and chunky tannins.

Warm days, with brisk winds in the afternoon result in moderate overall temperatures and a long growing season. Zinfandel and Merlot also thrive in these conditions. Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and the Rhone varieties Syrah and Viognier have also been producing some excellent wines.
