The Bianco Capena is made from the classic grape blend of the Castelli Romani district, a combination of various clones of Malvasia-di Candia, del Lazio and Toscana and of Trebbiano-Toscano, Romagnolo and Giallo. A small percentage of Bellone and Bombino (or Bonvino) is also added.
