Wines from Les Baux-de-Provence

Red wines from Grenach, Syrah and Mouvedre grapes are made in the Les Baux-de-Provence AC. These three must make up at least 60% of any wine produced for the appellation to apply. A small amount of rose wine is also produced; here, Cinsaut is substituted for the Mouvedre.
