The full-bodied palate delivers a rock-solid structure of racy acidity and creamy texture, supporting the muscular layers of citrus and spice flavors, finishing with incredible length and depth." - The Wine Palate

The full-bodied palate is invigorating and uplifting, with bright citrusy sparks and a racy backbone, finishing long and satin-textured.

The full-bodied palate explodes with citrus and spice fireworks, framed by a satiny texture and a racy line, finishing long and savory.

Aromas of gunpowder, grated lemon rind, lemon curd, hazelnut butter, salted butter and flint. So complex. Medium- to full-bodied. Deep and thoughtful, with such intellectual and visceral pleasure. Wow. Montrachet clone. Drink this whenever your can. But it will age for decades.

Aromas of citrus, apple skin, grape skin, vanilla, and brioche. Full-bodied with an oiliness and acidity that runs so long. Sort of rock and roll here. Tight on the finish. Flinty. Needs time to open. Released in the fall, 2023. Better after 2023 to 2024.

A tight and linear chardonnay with dried apples, lemons, honey, sea salt, and white pepper. Medium body. Solid and beautiful. Candied lemons. Drink now.
2019 Vintage
Tasted: Nov 2021
Aromas of ginger, rosemary, lemon curd and a lovely hint of olive oil. The full body balances the bright acidity and minerality, along with ground-spice and herb notes. Lovely creaminess to the texture with a pleasant tannin structure that keeps the wine refreshing. Spicy, too. Drink or hold.
