Schockverliebt! Wer die Roten Juraweine kennt, weiß das die Farbe nicht den Geschmack ausmacht. Sofort ergreift einem die dichte burgundische Frucht und dabei spielt aber eine Ernsthaftigkeit mit, die einem sofort in Richtung Jura dirigiert. Dieser PINOT hat Biss und strotzt vor Mineralität. Eine herrlich frische Säure in dichtem, süßreifem Gerbstoffgerüst und ein Potpourri von Frucht in würziger Verpackung machen Appetit auf den nächsten Schluck. Biodynamie und Naturwein mit absoluter Klasse. "En Barberon" ist eine Weinbergslage mit kalkhaltigem Geröll auf einem Lehmhügel aus dem Lias. Unfiltriert gefüllt und strahlend in Auftritt und Geschmack! Ein echter Lieblingswein.
