Rosé Réserve is the result of meticulous attention and stands out for its unconventional character. The Rosé Réserve is also the result of juices from the first press only and, the wine benefits from a slow and long maturation of 3 to 4 years, far beyond the norms of the region. : 80% of the year’s wines are composed of equal portions of Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, while the 20% of reserve wines are made up of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay. The total of the cuvée is therefore 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 25% Meunier. Each are vinified cru by cru, varietal by varietal, in stainless steel vats. PRÉCISION: To ensure the ideal balance of freshness and elegance on one hand and structure and complexity on the other, the Cellar Master bides by a House principle, intentionally selecting reserve wines that are younger than those of the Brut Réserve. The red reserve wines, from the leading Pinot Noir terroirs, date from up to 5 years before the last harvest.

Complex, juicy, preserved cherry, subtle fruit sweetness, fine acidity, good length, a complex food companion with a salty finish, one of the best non-vintage rosés on the market. Medium salmon pink with orange reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. Fine cherry fruit, mineral nuances, red wild berry, delicate hints of orange zest. Juicy, white peach fruit underpinned with fine cookie, finesse-rich structure, mineral, delicately nutty touch, lingers very well, plum touch in the finish, a multi-faceted food companion.߭(cellared in 2009, disgorged in 2016).

Pale pink colour with a gentle mousse. Pure nose, more Chardonnay-driven it feels with lighter aromas of citrus, pear, some autolytic notes of brioche and butter. The palate has good grip, fine extract and some maturity, closer to Extra Brut with a very fresh grip, a creamy mid palate, more Pinot/red fruit on the palate with discreet oak, nutty notes and nougat, and a long and dense finish. Starts out discreetly but more depth and maturity on the finish.

Salmon-pink with light copper tints. After swirling, the nose deploys notes of cherry and other ripe red fruits with subtle patisserie undertones. A generous, powerful, melted rosé. Equally enjoyable as an aperitif or with food.
