Expert tasting note: (2003 vintage) "Deep, dark ruby-red color, is not opaque. Dark-fruit aromas are a little hot & dusty. On the palate a similar, hot, dusty dark-fruit character is displayed. Acidity is soft & the fruit is a little flat as a result. A structure of fine tannins gives the wine length. Alcohol is a touch warming on the finish." - 11/07 DCAMW
