This tribute cuvée bearing the first name of Madame Huet, mother of Gaston, is made from the most concentrated juices from the estate's three plots. Produced in exceptional vintages in small quantities, this divine nectar reflects our high standards, but also Mother Nature's great reward for the biodynamic work we provide. 'Constance' like many great things is the result of an accident. In 1989, grape juice was harvested on the estate so exceptional that we had made micro-vinifications on all the localities. The alcoholic fermentations lasted for months, the wines were surprisingly complex, rich, lively. Finally, on the advice of Jacques Puisais, it was decided to combine all these “juices”: thus Constance was born.
