Kräftiges Holz, süße Frucht, rotbeerig. am Gaumen mit viel Saft und einem mürben, mehligen Gerbstoff, feiner Säurebogen, extrem ausgewogen und balanciert, gute Länge, hintergründige Viskosität, wird mittelfristig zu guter Würze reifen.

In der Nase Kaskaden von Zwetschgen, Kirschen, Zeder, Vanille, Pfeffer und Wacholder und zarter Holzwürze. Am Gaumen seriös, leichte Extraktsüße, sonst knochentrocken. Feine Frucht mit zarten Gewürznoten, fein gewebten Tanninen und guter Länge.
