This is very ripe and round-textured with rich, velvety tannins and a long and flavorful finish. From organically grown grapes. Why wait?
2015 Vintage
Tasted: Jul 2018
Beautiful garnet. Racy nose exuding smoky oak, brush, maquis and black stone fruit notes. Mouth-coating palate with nicely harnessed power. A core of maquis aromas is supported by quality oak in this dense wine for spit-roasted whole lamb.
2016 Vintage
Tasted: Jul 2018
Bright gold. Toasted oak backed by white fruits, flowers and sweet spices on the nose. Young palate with a sappy character perfectly in tune with the fruity, oaky aromatics. Plump mouthfeel with aromatic tension. Youthfulness is an asset. All-set for a great future.

Tasted: Jul 2018
Pale gold with crystalline highlights. Distinctive nose accented by white fruits, mild spices and almonds. Refined, elegant, delicate palate with an array of fruit aromas that come in soft waves. A sensual wine laced with freshness.
2009 Vintage
Tasted: May 2011
Fairly dark garnet-red. A delightful mix of slightly jammy black fruit and a vegetal dimension on the nose. Round attack, generous, compact palate with subtle oak and silky tannins. Spicy, long-lasting aftertaste. A wonderful wine for game. Keep.
2010 Vintage
Tasted: May 2011
Medium intense crimson. Enticing nose mingling ripe black fruits and a vegetal touch. Lively, fresh palate with emphasis on elegance. Lovely silky, nicely-integrated tannins. A successful wine that needs a little more bottle age.
