Cava brut nature elaborado pelo método tradicional a partir de Macabeo, Xarel-lo e Parellada, mantido entre 18 e 24 meses em contato com as leveduras. Sempre consistente, mostra frutas brancas e de caroço escoltadas por notas florais, tostadas, de ervas e de especiarias doces, que se confirmam na boca, tudo equilibrado por textura firme e cremosa, acidez refrescante e final agradável, com toques salinos, cítricos e de fermento. Álcool 12%.
