Critic tasting note: (2014 vintage) "From the limestone laced hills of Dorset, this blend of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, and 30% Pinot Meunier, with 18 months on lees before disgorgement with 11 g/L. Doughy and expansive, with toasted brioche, baked red apple, lemon peel and pith, this thankfully has lively, brisk acidity to carry the heft of the creamy palate.
