Critic tasting note: (2022 vintage) "This is a rich and powerful wine with one foot in the contemporary camp of detail and freshness, while the other is caught in an older-school brood of camphor, anise and darker fruit accents lathered with oak. A bit too much. Kirsch, pine and a sour lilt of Seville orange peel are dragged to good length by maritime freshness. A whiff of bracken, suggestive of whole bunches in the mix. The excellent tannins are long-limbed, firm and nourishing. Good drinking. Drink or hold. Screw cap." - James Suckling

This is a rich and powerful wine with one foot in the contemporary camp of detail and freshness, while the other is caught in an older-school brood of camphor, anise and darker fruit accents lathered with oak. Fresh red and blue fruit, as well as crushed flowers and a gently earthy edge. The purity is good here. There’s a fresh-raspberry thread to the palate with fresh, fine-cut tannins holding the finish neatly. Drink now. Screw cap.

Attractive blackberries and raspberries, as well as a spicy-oak edge. The palate has the same berry mix with more exotic, pink-grapefruit tones. Smooth, supple and rounded texture. Drink now. Screw cap.

A bright array of sweet, ripe raspberries and strawberries with perfumed florals and a sweet-spice edge to the palate. Some maraschino-cherry character at the finish. Drink or hold. Screw cap.

Blueberries, red cherries and spices. Medium-bodied with some lovely juicy fruit, pretty acidity and a chewy, berry-flavored finish. Drink now or hold.

A very attractive expression of deeply flavorsome grenache that delivers a handy mix of power and freshness. Dark berries and raspberries too. Really attractive fruit driving amid supple, nicely groomed tannins. Drink now to 2025. Screw cap.
