Tiefe und schwarzbeerige Nase mit Cassis, schwarzer reifer Kirsche, herben Kräutern, aber auch steinigen und kalkigen Noten. Eine klasse Saftigkeit und dagegen steht das recht satte Tannin, eine animierende Säure die Frische und Lebendigkeit verleiht. Moderner, ungemein gut gemachter Stil der sicherlich noch einen Jahre so bleiben wird. Struktur und Frische und zurückhaltende Frucht.

Deep ruby to the eye, this blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of cherry and black pepper. It offers a nice interplay of sensuous tannins and bold acidity, with flavors of cherry preserves, black currant, mocha and baking spice that wind down to a chocolate-infused finish. Mike DeSimone
