Koparepare Pinot Noir Rose

Bright, even, pale blush-pink. The nose is intense, with aromas of strawberry, cherry, rose petals and watermelon. Medium-bodied, aromas of strawberry, raspberry and watermelon melded with rose perfume. The refreshing acidity injects vibrancy into the fragranced fruit, silky and refreshing. Bright, even, pale berry-pink colour with some depth. The nose is perfumed and full, packed with aromas of roses, an amalgam of berries, melon and a hint of confectionery. Medium-bodied, aromas of berries, melon and roses have depth, melded with a hint of boiled candy and black pepper. The succulent, ripe fruit aromas enriched by roses, alluring black pepper aromas left a lingering finish. This is a mouth-filling rosé with rich aromas of roses and juicy ripe fruit. Serve as an aperitif or match with Thai beef salad over the next 2 years. Fermented to 12.5% alc, 1.3g/l RS. 17.5+/20 pts

Ripe, fresh and very fruity bouquet with aromas of fresh crunchy cherries and pacific rose apple, raspberry compote and sweet roses. On the palate - delicious with a core of red fruit flavours, silky texture, just the right level acidity and lengthy fruit centric finish. Best drinking from today and through summer 2022.
