In der Nase tabakige Nuancen, Noten von Beeren und Tabak, rote Früchte, süße Gewürze, wunderbar old fashioned. Am Gaumen elegant, wirkt fast schlank, rotes Waldbeerkonfit, seidige Textur, zarte Tannine, finessenreich strukturiert, der Inbegriff eines gereiften Clarets, besitzt eine für den sonst wichtigen Jahrgang untypisch grazile Figur.
