Critic tasting note: "Between grenadine and light ruby, the color is of superb intensity. Crushed strawberry and raspberry aromas are present from the very first whiff, barely underlined by aromas of burlat cherry and a hint of white pepper. The palate is more reminiscent of a structured wine than a champagne, with substance and chewiness provided by pretty little tannins, even if the acidic freshness brings us back to the world of bubbles. The finish lingers endlessly on raspberry notes." - Gault & Millau
