Critic tasting note: (2022 vintage) "A strikingly savory, textural and minerally wine for this humble appellation. Generous, medium-bodied palate with notes of flint, pears, quince and bergamot. Savory finish with just a hint of oak. A mix of wines from Cote de Beaune, Cote Chalonnaise and Chablis. Matured in used 600-liter oak casks and stainless steel tanks. Drink or hold." - James Suckling
