Alle herben Kräuter die man sucht, Kümmel und Kerbel, Thymian und Kirschkerne. Sehr, eigen, sehr gut und mit viel Charakter. Was ein satter, kompletter und nicht aufs Gefallen ausgelegter Gaumen mit Säure, Tannin, Erdigem und Walnussschalen und nur dem Hauch von roten Früchten. Baut auf Struktur und Säure auf und sollte noch reifen oder über Nacht an der Luft verbringen. Wird aktuell nicht viele Freunde finden, mit den Jahren werden es viele sein.

Deep garnet to the eye, this Rhone-style blend has a nose of cherry and aniseed. Flavors of cherry, blueberry preserves, fennel bulb, anise and violet are set in a framework of smooth tannins that gently coats the mouth beyond the bright finish.

Eh bien, cette étonnante cuvée «Massaya, Terrasses de Baalbeck» vous transportera dansla vallée de Bekaa, au Liban, là où les frères Sami et Ramzi Ghosn, auxquels sont associés Dominique Hébrard, de Saint-Émilion, et les frères Brunier de Châteauneuf-du-Pape, élaborent ce vin au bouquet absolument expressif. Un vin relativement corsé, bien structuré de grande amplitude, qui se distingue par ses arômes de mures, de bleuets, de cerises noires, de prunes, de garrigue et d’épices, relevés de notes anisées et florales. La bouche est dense, d’une agréable complexité, présentant des tanins fermes, mais l’ensemble reste digeste et d’une élégance certaine. Les flaveurs s’étirent sur une jolie longueur et le parcours gustatif s’achève sur une finale éclatante. Servir à 17 ° C. Parfait avec la bavette de boeuf à l’échalote, le tajine d’agneau, l’entrecôte de boeuf sauce au poivre, le carré d’agneau grillé, le couscous royal, ou le médaillon de bison.
