Crisp and dry with a fresh juicy appeal, there’s a taut newly bottled attribute that will settle as the wine ages through the next few weeks. Tasted: Jul 2023
New, fresh, bright and floral bouquet with aromas and flavours of red apple and ripe peach, a mix of light red berry fruits with some fresh and tart strawberry and cherry . Taut and youthful with a back bone of acidity and moderate complexity. Well made with best drinking from 2023 through end of summer 2026.
2022 Vintage
Tasted: Aug 2022
Lovely aromatics, bright and freah with a vibrant red fruits palate packaged as cherry and strawberry with a whisper of red apple skin and blossoms. Nice and taut on the palate with contrasting core red fruit flavours, ripe and refreshing, salivating and new. There’s a fine light chalky texture, salivating acid line and light floral tones. Ready for early summer 2023 drinking and through 2024.
2021 Vintage
Tasted: Nov 2021
From a naturally dry farmed site - aromas of fresh strawberry, red cherry and red apple skin with a mineral seam lead to flavours of the same on the palate. Pure, fresh, vibrant fruity and plush. Plenty of acidity to contrast the core of fruit, a fine mineral soil layer and superfine fruit tannins. Balanced, well made and ready from drinking from today and through end of summer 2023. Don’t chill down too much.
