Critic tasting note: (2011 vintage) "This smells strongly of smoke, and not just the sort of whiff you might get from a well-toasted barrel. This is more like the smoke of a campfire, and it permeates the flavors as well as the scent of the wine. There's a suggestion of pretty plum underneath, along with a reductive rubbery scent in the finish." - Wine Enthusiast
