flambierte Pfirsich- und Birnenhälften mit günem Pfeffer, Crème brulée, etwas harzig. Sehr würzig, trocken und fein herb. Leicht adstringent, Vanille und Karamell bleibt ewig am Gaumen hängen, zunehmend pfeffrig.
