Critic tasting note: (1994 vintage) "Dark ruby, deeply coloured core, subtle bright rim. Dark berry fruit, fine spicy nuances, a touch of nougat, mineral. Powerful, blackberry nuances, ripe tannins, freshly structured, good persistence, displaying initial maturity, slate notes on the finish, it has very good length." - Falstaff
