The Champagne is based on the 2015 vintage with additions of 2012 and 2014 wines. That gives it a fine mature character, with toast and spice aromas. A finely textured blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Grand Cru vineyards, the wine—still dry—is ready to drink.

Extremely elegant in its sensorial profile, it shows gentle notes of rose petals, magnolias, gardenias, lemongrass, elderberry and vetiver. Basil and rose petals describe the secondary scene. Graceful and delicate on the palate, it shows noble bubbles and an essential finish of great depth. How beautiful. Drink now or grow old.

The Champagne is bone dry, taut and with a steely edge. It is fresh, with citrus and apple flavors that are edgy and need time to soften. The wine has a great depth of flavor, full of potential. Drink from 2023. Roger Voss

Mostly comprised of Grand Cru Chardonnay grapes from the 2016 vintage, the ‘Grand Cru Brut Nature’ shows tart green apples, sourdough bread, crushed chalky rocks and yeasty tones on the palate, with considerable finesse. Disgorged in June 2021, this has beautiful length and underlying richness that will surely satisfy cultured palates for another decade or more.

As its name suggests this is a bone-dry style: a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It has had the advantage of bottle aging which gives an attractive edge of toast to the tight crispness of the wine. It's a fine Champagne for food, and is ready to drink now. Roger Voss

Pale golden colour with a bright hue and fine mousseux. Youthful nose offering some vanilla, butterscotch, lactic notes with pale stone fruit and ripe citrus. The palate is on the lighter side, fresh and youthful with a crisp acidity, rather discreet fruit and a gentle citrus bitterness with grape zest followed by a medium to long finish.

Light yellow. The nose opens up to toasted, smoky scents recalling powder with pleasant fruity undertones. Lively palate that is fleshy yet tense where citrus overtones sit nicely alongside mineral accents.
