Critic tasting note: (2022 vintage) "This, their flagship riesling was picked over a few weeks across a number of estate (2005 and 2009 planted) plus East Kelowna grower blocks. All were whole bunch pressed, inoculated, and fermented cool-ish and long in stainless until the desired RS (15 g/L) was achieved. Juicy and mouthwatering, with pulpy lime, pithy pink grapefruit, crunchy green apple on the bright, off-dry, medium palate. Though lacking the definition of previous vintages, this is a fantastic result from an incredibly trying 2022 season. (Treve Ring)." - Gismondi on Wine

Overall, the 2022 vintage looks set to be good for both the Old and the New Worlds, despite some wacky weather conditions.
Although more time is needed to make an accurate assessment, as the vintage is still so fresh, there are likely to be some fantastic wines to emerge from France despite much of the country being enveloped...
