Rich, dark-fruited and chocolaty aromas that are slightly lifted, with iodine and balsamic notes and layers of oak spices and walnuts. Firm, broad and nicely filled with fruit., it has a full body and a well-defined tannin structure that builds a solid frame and leads to a lingering, steady finish. Drink or hold.

Satt leuchtendes Braunrot mit minimaler Trübung. Im ersten Anriechen satte reife Kirschfrucht, dann Hagebutte und auch Wacholderbeeren, im Hintergrund dann zarte Lederwürze. Lebhafter Gaumeneintritt, spannt ein weites Kleid auf, kompakt und mittelkräftig im Trunk, zieht sich im hinteren Teil etwas zusammen und endet mit gewissem Druck auf süße Frucht.

Dark-cherry, dark-plum, dried-herb and mushroom aromas with some spices and walnuts. It’s medium-bodied with creamy tannins and lively acidity. Fresh and vibrant, with a chalky texture. Flavorful finish with excellent length. Drink or hold.

The rather shy nose eventually reveals fragrant purple-flower, mature black-skinned fruit and wild herb aromas along with a whiff of leather. On the dense but light-bodied palate, rounded, pliant tannins accompany dried cherry, clove and tobacco notes. Intrigante nella natura complessa questa Riserva genera nel profilo sensoriale note di prugne rosse, foglie di mirto, graspo spezzato e una buona presenza di radice di ginseng in sottofondo. Corpo medio, tannini leggermente rustici e rigidi al momento ed un finale soffice e luminoso. Bevi ora.

An intense rich ruby red colour. It has a deep and spicy nose, with dried plum, fig, some dark chocolate, then light coconut, and rum-steeped fruit. It is juicy and vivid on the palate, unfolding with nice fruit across the tongue, and there is good drive leading to grippy robust tannins on the finish.

Mature ruby red colour of medium intensity. Rather ripe nose of jammed berries and sweet plum. The palate is full bodied, rather austere with rather angular tannin, plum jam flavours and a medium length with a slight tannic feel, needs to soften.

Subtle oak, underbrush and leather aromas come together in this tart, astringent red. The palate offers sour cherry, orange zest, toast and sage flavors, framed by raspy tannins.

This doesn't boast the most expressive nose but aromas of baked black plum, espresso and scorched earth slowly unfold. The warm, concentrated palate reflects the heat of the vintage, revealing blackberry jam, licorice and a hint of chewing tobacco alongside fine-grained tannins. Drink through 2020.
