The bold Bourbon-barrel notes of vanilla bean, charred oak, baking spice and sweet oak partner seamlessly with notes of caramel malt, roasted peanut shell and dried dark fruits like plum, fig and cherry. The alcohol is high, and the mouthfeel is round and robust, but it's not overly warm or biting. Spicy orange rind and toasted wood flavors linger on the finish.
