Critic tasting note: (2014 vintage) "Toasted, reductive, flinty (struck matchstick) lees, nose with ripe apple and guava aromas. The attack is fresh and mouth-watering and yes skinny in a good way. Amazing flavour and length for the price with finesse and under screwcap I suspect this will age well for another five years. It’s new Oz and we like it. Fresh halibut would be a fine match.
