Critic tasting note: (2014 vintage) "Truffle, cedar, tobacco leaf, lead pencil, cigar wrapper, currants, cassis, blackberries, and forest floor aromatics pop in the nose. The palate delivers its blend of sweet red fruits, paired with spice, herbs, and a hint of peppery spice at the back of the finish. I like how this is showing now. Although, a few more years in the cellar will add even more complexity. It is one of the few Latour's offering character without requiring decades of age.
