In diesem eher regenreichen Jahr (690 Millimeter) reifte ein Cabernet mit viel Finesse und moderatem Alkoholgehalt (12,7 Vol.-%). Aromen von reifen, aber frischen roten Beeren, dazu Pfeffer, Leder und Unterholu, angepasste Toastnoten. Im Gaumen dicht gewoben, mit feinkörnigen Gerbstoff und präsenter Säure. (2012) A little dank, a little meaty, but then the beautiful fruit sweetness begins to bloom. A little herbal note too. The palate is elegant, the fruit fading into the background a touch, but again its charms begin to win, the juicy acidity not difficult and the balance still good.
